Please see below for a list of payment methods that Sound and Lighting Hire accept to pay for your event equipment hire.

Sound & Lighting offers a range of payment options. We accept EFT transfers, credit card payments or cash on delivery. All payment must be made prior to the event, with the exception of those paying cash on the day. Please advise us when booking how you would like to pay. An invoice can be sent with payment details. Deposits may be required for large orders. Credit card details will be required with every booking regardless of how you are paying for security over the equipment and for any cancellations.


Cash payment on the day is available. If you wish to pay via cash on the day, please make sure you have the correct change. A receipt can be provided.

Credit Card Payment

Credit card payments are available for all bookings. Our system accepts Mastercard, Visa & American Express. Credit card transactions incur a 2% surcharge for Visa & Mastercard & 3.5% for American Express. If you wish to avoid the fee, cash on delivery on the day is available.

EFT / Bank Deposit

All clients are welcome to pay into our bank account, by way of EFT or via bank deposit. Please let us know if you wish to use this method and we can issue account details or a tax invoice.
